Thank you for choosing STARLITPAW. We strive to deliver your memorial products with the utmost care. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days.

Standard Items: 3-4 business days for inspection and packaging.

Personalized/Customized Items: Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for engraving and custom crafting.

Note: We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays.

2. Transit Time & Delivery
We ship our products internationally from our specialized fulfillment center.

Estimated Transit Time: 9 - 14 business days (This includes the initial transit to the sorting center and final delivery to your doorstep).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Handling Time + Transit Time.

3. Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: Free Shipping.

Any shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
STARLITPAW is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of STARLITPAW (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Delivery Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated timeframes, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to logistics or customs clearance. We appreciate your patience.
