How do I choose the right urn size?
The right size depends on your pet’s weight before cremation and the amount of ashes returned by your crematory. If you are unsure, we recommend choosing a slightly larger size or contacting us before ordering.
Can I personalize my memorial?
Many STARLITPAW pieces can be personalized with names, dates, photos, or small details depending on the product. Please check the product page for available options before placing your order.
Can I see a memorial box for fur, a collar, or keepsakes?
Yes. Keepsake boxes are often used for small mementos such as a collar, tag, favorite note, a lock of fur, or other meaningful items.
How long does production take?
Personalized items may need additional preparation time before shipping. The estimated processing time is shown on each product page and may vary by design.
Can I change personalization after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we will do our best to help. Once a personalized item is in production, changes may not be possible.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
